AI strategy and implementation for 15–500-person firms in the UK and South Africa

Most AI projects fail on plumbing, not technology.

Your team wants to use AI on the work that matters: client files, board packs, the processes you've spent years refining. Your contracts, your data and your systems won't let them. We map how your business really runs, fix what's underneath, then put a private AI platform inside the Microsoft 365 you already use. Sometimes the right answer is to fix the ERP first. We'll tell you.

Pragmatic AI transformation
Why Edaiga

A safe place to do the AI work that matters.

Most AI failures are not technology problems. They are plumbing problems dressed up as technology problems. We start with the layer underneath, and we do not centre ourselves in your story.

Sovereign by design

Your data does not leave without your permission. PII scrubbing, sovereign models for the most sensitive work, intelligent routing for everything else. Compliance becomes architecture.

Vendor-agnostic model routing

The SIE sits behind an intelligent routing layer. When a better model ships next quarter, we swap it in without you rewriting a single workflow. You keep the workflows you have built; only the model behind the gateway changes.

Humans in the loop

Every automated workflow has approval gates. Every AI-generated draft is flagged for human review before it reaches a client. The platform supports the judgement of your people, it does not substitute for it.

Alongside your team

We will not assume your team is the problem. They almost never are. The aim is durable capacity in your team, not a dependency on us. How we work.

About Edaiga

Who's behind Edaiga

We work with 15–500-person firms in the UK and South Africa that want AI on confidential work without handing that work to someone else. We fix the plumbing first, then put a private AI platform inside the Microsoft 365 they already run.

Jean Pierre Kloppers has spent the last decade building and running technology companies and advising the leaders of others. He is the author of Start With AI, and founded Edaiga with Ryan Harington. Ryan scaled Divergence Capital from 100 to 300 clients without a single client loss, and was COO of BrandsEye through its growth and acquisition.

What every business is actually wrestling with.

Most weeks, Ryan and I sit on a call with a leadership team that has been thinking about AI for the better part of a year and is still no closer to a settled answer. The script barely changes.

Underneath the differences, every business we sit with is wrestling with roughly the same four things at once. None of them are the things LinkedIn fixates on.

If you cannot easily find your data, classify your data, or trust the rails it runs on, you do not have an AI problem. You have a plumbing problem dressed up as one.
